1.Freight Policy

Sunmax Window Coverings ships throughout North America and some international destinations. All freight charges will be applied to customer invoices. If the receiver has an account with a specific shipping company, you can also schedule the pick up. 

2.Warranty

Sunmax Window Coverings warrants against defects in material and workmanship up to 1 year from date of purchase. Warranty is non transferable. Please note dye’s for each fabric vary  therefore colors may vary from samples and different orders.

Please note warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from abuse or misuse or conditions caused by normal wear and tear.

3.No Refunds or Replacements/Substitute

4.Products are made to the size supplied by the customer. Sunmax Window Coverings will not be responsible for any errors made in ordering. If any errors are made there will be an additional fee to remake or fix.
